The day after Labor Day is when Halloween begins at my house!? I get out my Halloween Tarot deck, which is so full of jokes that I laugh all the way through readings.? The more you know about Tarot, the more jokes you see in those cards.
I brought the boxes from the garage into the back hall on Labor Day – didn’t have a chance to start putting Halloween up until today, when daughter Susan and granddaughter Bryce came over for breakfast.? We went through the boxes together, Bryce at 18 months wanting to check out everything.
We had a great and wonderful time with the bathroom hand towels, kitchen towels and potholders, the witch on the front door and the one hanging in the back hall, the wreath on the wall.? Bryce loved the scarecrow whose feet dangle off the shelf.? Until somehow it got whacked on the table.? I got the gorilla glue out and Susan fixed it.
The Halloween tree is up, and all is well with my Halloween world.
