I woke up yesterday morning with a new affirmation circling around in my brain. I’ve been playing with it – and find that I like its rhythm, its sound as it moves, and am going to adopt it for the foreseeable future.
Or until I wake up with another one going around like a screen saver in my mind.
Here it is: I have lots of help, lots of money and lots of time.
I have been feeling like I don’t have enough of any of the three, in any area of my life – and being a double Gemini, there are a lot of areas – my left brained work/play, my right brained work/play, my writing, my friends and family, managing my house, and, above all – Having Fun!
We all know the uselessness of feeling lack, feeling negative – just drives our energy down. And playing worst case scenario on future possibilities is even worse – and yet that’s what most people mean when they say they are being practical…. They are just focusing on the worst, which of course calls it right in.
So I’m focused on the best, and will be affirming that I have lots of help, lots of money and lots of time – 13 or 14,000 times – until I look around at my life and realize that it’s all true.
Isn’t spirituality fun? Way better than religion, don’t you think? : >
