Book Review: Wicked Charms – Janet Evanovich

February 13, 2016 By pgarry

This particular Janet Evanovich is written with Phoef Sutton, and is a Lizzy and Diesel novel. Evanovich is always good for a fast hour or two – sex, violence, explosions, quirkyness, bad guys outwitted.

This one has all that piled on even higher than usual. Instead of something major going wrong every 3 pages, violence the same, and sex every 10 pages or so – this book has blowups in nearly every paragraph. And truly – perhaps it gets a little tedious. She is a good, addictive writer, however. And produces a lot of Lizzy-Diesel steam.

So I doubt if anyone ever puts one of her books down unfinished. You won’t either!
